Attention please for participants asking invitation letter (Except the paper owners):
Except the paper owners, if one wants to participate  the congress with invitation letter, previously he has to pay the congress fee and fill the registration form out then we will send the invitation letter for him as a listener. We don't pay attention for other request.
PS.We do not have any financial opportunity for financial aid and fly ticket. We only provide accommodation ( 2 days) for the owner of accepted papers.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION

  1. The papers will be included in the congress programme according to their conformity with the abstract, style guidelines and number of the sessions.
  2. The sessions consisting of 4 or 5 presentations will be performed within 90 minutes. A computer and a projection tool will be available.
  3. The sessions will include English, English&Turkish and Turkish presentations, and there will be simultaneous translation for the one including English&Turkish presentations.
  4. The proceedings will include presented papers, selected poster papers and the abstracts of the remaining poster papers.
  5. Some costs of the foreign academics with papers will be paid by executive committee. These costs are: full board accomodation for 2 nights, proceedings, trip.
