REGISTRATION FEE (only academicians):

Registration fee includes accommodation ( 3 nights, October 28th- 31st, double room ), conference kits, gala dinner, concert, cultural activities, meals and receptions banquet, morning and afternoon teas, congress proceedings (CD) and Bosphorous Trip.

Accommodation rules and conditions will be announced as soon as possible.

Except the paper owners, if one wants to participate  the congress with invitation letter, previously he has to pay the congress fee and fill the registration form out then we will send the invitation letter for him as a listener. We don't pay attention for other request

PS.We do not have any financial opportunity for financial aid and fly ticket. We only provide free accommodation ( 3 days) in reply to registration fee for the owner of accepted papers (foreign participants only)

According to the agreement between The General Secretary of Congress and Turkish Airlines
 1. Turkish Airlines will provide 15 % discount for the participants with paper of the congress.
 2. In order to benefit from this discount, participants have to make reservation - purchasing ONLY FROM Turkish Airlines Offices or Call Center.
 3. After the reservation participants have to inform their Ticket PNR number to us. e-mail: gsekreter@beykon.org
 4. Later on we will inform these PNR to Turkish Airlines
 5. After Participants will be able to buy their reserved tickets with 15% discount.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PRESENTATION

  1. The papers will be included in the congress programme according to their conformity with the abstract, style guidelines and number of the sessions.
  2. The sessions consisting of 4 or 5 presentations will be performed within 90 minutes. A computer and a projection tool will be available.
  3. The sessions will include English, English&Turkish and Turkish presentations, and there will be simultaneous translation for the one including English&Turkish presentations.
  4. The proceedings will include presented papers, selected poster papers and the abstracts of the remaining poster papers.
  5. Some costs of the foreign academics with papers will be paid by executive committee. These costs are: full board accomodation for 3 nights, proceedings, trip.
